madland: unknown
rushhour: lots of traffic
empire: enable Empire City track
elninor: enable El Niño car
merc: enable Mercedes CLK-GTR (Note: not available in Hot Pursuit mode)
gofast: super speed in single player
allcars: enable all cars
jag: enable Jaguar XJR-15
goxx: race as other cars in the game (where xx is from 01-21)
